From Dominican Cult to Dominican Art Blog, and now Artistico RD
Dominican Art Blog was an evolution of Dominican Cult ; a blog started as a project to learn more about Dominican culture and its history. As an artist, the more I learned about my country's art history the more interested I became in its arts and artists past and present. The goal became to help share Dominican art with the art world, and eventually the change to Dominican Art Blog happened. Another eveolution took place when I decided to cater more towards the Dominican community – especially to the Dominican Republic itself. The first change was to start publishing more in Spanish language – which then became the exclusive language of the blog. The most recent evolution happened in 2021, when the site was updated to Artistico RD. In 2022 the blog was officially moved from dominicancult.blogspot.com to artisticord.com . Enjoy.
